No. A car is a total loss only when the price of repairs exceeds the insurance company's determined value of your vehicle. Nowadays, most cars are built using unibody (frame and body as one) construction. Our highly skilled technicians, with the aid of our state-of the-art computer measuring system, can return your vehicle to its original factory specifications. If it is determined that the frame section is bent beyond repair, that section can simply be replaced.

You will be notified by phone when your vehicle is ready for pickup. We will keep you informed about the status of your repair. Please feel free to call our friendly staff at anytime if you have questions about your vehicle.

Body Warranty

Ballweg Collision ensures that every repair meets our standards for quality.

The labor performed by Ballweg is guaranteed against any defect in workmanship for as long as you own your car. We guarantee that, for as long as you own your vehicle, we will, at our expense, correct or repair all defects attributable to defective or faulty workmanship in the repair stated on the repair invoice; unless caused by rust, damage for unreasonable use, and/or improper maintenance or care of the vehicle.

This guarantee covers labor only and does not apply to parts, materials, or equipment which may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

The deductible is the amount you must pay toward a claim before your insurance begins to pay. For example, if you have a $1,500 claim and your policy has a $500 deductible, you will pay $500 and your insurance will pay $1,000.

The deductible is paid to Ballweg in the form of cash, check, or credit card when the vehicle is picked up. The deductible must be paid in full before the vehicle is released.
